Portfolio IT governance

One IT standard, every Portco

Pegovio scores every company in your Portfolio against the same IT standard, from submitted evidence. Sponsors and boards see the exceptions that need action first, not a stack of status reports in twelve formats.

The problem

Every Portco reports IT differently, so nothing can be compared

Operating partners receive IT updates in whatever form each management team prefers. One sends a slide of traffic lights, another a spreadsheet, a third a narrative. Ratings are self-assessed and definitions drift from quarter to quarter.

The result is that real technology risk surfaces late: in exit diligence, in an insurance renewal, or after an incident. By then it is expensive to fix and it shows up in the value.

What Pegovio does

A governance standard the whole Portfolio runs on

One scoring model

Each Portco is measured on the same set of KPIs, each with a code, a definition and the evidence it requires. Scores roll up into a composite and a Composite Band: Green, Yellow or Red.

Exceptions first

The Sponsor view opens on what needs attention, such as three exceptions across two Portcos, before any headline number. A serious gap cannot hide inside a healthy average.

Evidence, not opinion

Scores are computed from submitted evidence and are not re-interpreted each cycle. Portco commentary is published verbatim beside the score, so management keeps its voice.

Who it is for

Built for the people who answer to the board

Sponsors

A consistent read on technology risk and maturity across every holding, ready for investment committee and LP reporting.

Operating partners

Know where to spend time and capital. Compare Portcos on the same terms and track whether interventions move the score.

Portco leadership

A clear, published standard to work toward, with commentary that travels with the score instead of being summarised away.

Rollout

Portcos onboard in Waves

Pegovio is introduced across a Portfolio in Waves, so each group of Portcos is scored, reviewed and settled before the next begins. The first Wave produces a baseline the board can use straight away; later Waves extend the same standard to the rest of the Portfolio.
